The guided tour will be based on the storytelling method combined with an active discussion with the audience. During the guided tour, co-led by a person with a mental health crisis experience, we will talk about the challenges of caring for mental well-being and reflect on techniques for dealing with mental health crises in everyday life. The meeting will confront many myths about the lives of people with a mental health crisis experience and be a space for a shared conversation about psycho-prevention in Polish society.

Rafał Gramatyka – coach, trainer in the financial sector, lover of cuisine and travel, with a bipolar disorder experience;

Anna Giżycka – senior psycho-prevention specialist at the Regional Centre for Social Policy in Poznań, sociologist, educator and psychotherapist undergoing training in a comprehensive psychotherapy course certified by the Psychotherapy Science Section of the Polish Psychiatric Association and accredited by the Psychotherapy Section of the Polish Psychological Association.
