During the meeting we will talk about the world’s largest, yet little known self-help network of support for families and loved ones of addicts— Al-Anon/Nar-Anon groups. We will refer to the Poznań context and to the bottom-up activities of online, virtual support groups for co-dependent persons. Participants in the meeting will talk about their own practices and experiences, while providing concrete knowledge about various non-systemic assistance tools.
