However, all this saps your energy resources, which will eventually run thin if not regenerated... That's why it's so important to remember about yourself! It is vital that you take care of your rest, know how to deal with stress, be sensitive, compassionate and kind to yourself. You must treat yourself as your best friend. Thanks to this, the source of your energy will be constantly renewed and you will derive even more satisfaction from what you do.
We invite you to a workshop during which you will have the opportunity to stop for a moment. You will get a chance to listen to your body, learn how to deal with difficult situations, when a multitude of unwanted thoughts hinders your normal functioning. You will feel the power of kindness directed towards yourself and you will learn simple techniques of mindfulness, which will allow you to experience your life more fully.
