The participants will go on a shinrin yoku walk, tapping into the Japanese art of drawing strength from nature called "forest bathing". They will experience the curative effect of phytoncides produced by trees and learn about the practice of mindfulness and relaxation while experiencing natural phenomena. Nature will be absorbed through all the senses; the senses of touch, hearing and smell will be especially stimulated. The walk will include ornitho-therapeutic elements as the participants will focus on observing birds and trying to identify them by their calls. The meeting will end with a joint brewing and drinking of infusions of plants collected along the way.

Targeted at adults. Foreigners are also welcome - Ukrainian and Russian interpretation will be provided. We encourage you to participate in the whole series, but you can also take part in single classes.
