Purposes of processing personal data:

  1. Recruitment and employment of employees, trainees and apprentices. Granting social benefits.
  2. Delegating employees to companies cooperating with the personal data administrator.
  3. Cooperation with external entities regarding the implementation of exhibition, publishing and educational projects.
  4. Participation in research and development projects financed from external sources (EU and national budget).
  5. Supervision of persons' activities on the premises (video monitoring).
  6. Cooperation with external entities with which the administrator has signed a contract for the provision of services, deliveries, etc.
  7. Provision of services offered in the store.
  8. Forwarding new information, newsletters, event information or other messages that we think may interest you.

We process personal data based on the following legal provisions: consent of the data subject, labour code, agreements concluded between entities, provisions of national and EU law under which personal data are processed. Persons providing our company with their personal data have the right to: inspect, transfer, rectify, delete their personal data or limit their processing, as well as to raise objections and transfer data (if possible). The consent to the processing of personal data can be withdrawn at any time, as easily as the granting of the consent. We would also like to inform you that we are a co-adminstrator of our fanpage on facebook.com. With the help of filters available to us, we define the criteria of the category of people, and these data are used by Facebook in their marketing activities, the purpose of which is to persuade Facebook users to visit our profile. We receive visitor statistics in an anonymised form; Facebook use cookies installed on the devices of people visiting the portal.
