A number of open-access meetings and debates with photographers, curators and publishers will take place on November 24 and 25. Talking about their work on photobooks will be Grzegorz Dąbrowski, Kuba Dabrowski, Kacper Kowalski, Alina Sandulyak, and Mayumi Suzuki. A panel debate on photo diaries will gather authors of three zins published by PIX.HOUSE to premiere during the festival: Tomasz Liboska, Maciej Jeziorek, Krzysiek Orłowski i Jerzy Piątek. Igor Pisuk will talk with Grzegorz Kosmala and Aneta Kowalczyk from BLOW UP PRESS publishers on his work on Deceitful Reverence, a book which will premiere during the festival.
The two-day session at the Arsenał Gallery will be complemented by a book exhibition. Each guest will prepare a small selection of photo publications, which will serve as a commentary to their individual way of working. The exhibition will give an insight into currents in photography, editing and publishing strategies and characteristic ways of building narratives which are important for the invited artists.
