Inherent in it is both permanence and change: the category of being, closely linked to becoming (Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari), introduces us to the processes of mutual transformation. Entering into contact with the environment, I am subject to its influence, I recreate automatic mechanisms of survival, lost cycles of old experiences, but I also act in relation to things and people in their direct presence.

The space of the Arsenał City Gallery is subject to cyclical transformations due to the works appearing in it and the arrangement of exhibitions, but it is also subjected to the visitors or the light of the day. In Persistence, the choreographer and performer Martyna Lorenc, working in a durational format, will connect us to the ever-changing spaces of coexistence. The artist's aim is to show persistence as a process as tangible as it is ephemeral, not defined by its beginning and end, but by its substance.
