The book Szczelbaczechowa 2. Lata 90. Tak zmieniali kulturę w Poznaniu /Wydawnictwo Atena, Tow. J. Piotrowicza/, edited and with an introduction by Wojciech Makowiecki, is a record of twelve interviews with heads of institutions and foundations and culture animators, e.g.: M. Merczyński, S. S. Wachowiak, G. Kulczyk, A. A. Kuca, and P. Frydryszek... They show the transformations and changes that took place after the political transformation in the area of culture, its new financing and functioning. These people, full of passion, enthusiasm, creativity and energy, took part in a great experiment of transforming culture after the times of the People's Republic of Poland. The last chapter of the book is an interview with Prof. Grzegorz Dziamski, who called this period a time of re-evaluation. Jerzy Ł. Kaczmarek and Roman Kubicki will talk about these issues and the changes in the presentation and organization of artistic life.
