During the workshop, each participant will create their own bas-relief sculpture from seasoned linden wood, using traditional carving tools. The session will begin with a short theoretical introduction, after which everyone will be able to choose or prepare a design and transfer it onto the wood. Participants will learn the basic techniques of working with chisels, knives, and mallets in order to complete their own unique piece.

moderator: Agnieszka Szablikowska-Trusewicz – a graduate of the University of the Arts in Poznań. Co-founder of the Wood Sculpture Workshop (formerly known as Pracownia Łazarska), which has been offering individual and group carving classes for 14 years. She combines artistic experience with extensive organizational and educational practice, ensuring that the workshops remain accessible, engaging, and creatively inspiring.
