Join us for another meeting with herbs. This time we will prepare two types of herbal mixes for brewing therapeutic infusions, which will support you in autumn and winter. The workshop participants will learn how the different plants work and how to support their own health in times of increased susceptibility to infection. Each participant will take two herbal mixes home.
