Agnieszka Arnold is an author of documentaries, director and TV reporter. A graduate of the Polish Studies at Warsaw University. An author of many films about ethnic and religious minorities. Her best-known films are dedicated to the Jedwabne massacre (the documentary Gdzie mój starszy syn Kain [Where is my elder son Cain], 1999; Sąsiedzi [Neighbours], 2001).
In 2002 Agnieszka Arnold made her film Bohater, where she speaks about the crime in Zaleszany through the witnesses to the event. The documentary is currently part of the exhibition of Małgorzata Dmitruk and Leon Tarasewicz called Zaleszany.
