A second mindful walk in the open, a form of a creative variation on forest baths in the urban setting. Following our motto, we will seek not only mindfulness and relaxation of being among trees, but also different forms of creating portraits/self-portraits in the natural environment.
What are forest baths?
Shinrin-yoku is a form of mindful walking that aims to reduce stress through attentive contact with the forest environment. They are also possible in the urban context, though they will be slightly different from typical forest walks, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, research confirms that even this form of practice is effective in reducing stress and has a positive effect on our wellbeing.
