Diorama, day and night

All we need is a shallow box, in which we will build a spatial world.

It could be a landscape, a house interior, clouds, or sea waves with a dolphin jumping out of them.

All we need is coloured paper, scissors and glue.

This will be our diorama.

We will create day and night scenes, with the moon or the sun.

Theatre of the imagination.

Join us for another family workshop in which we will be making dioramas. In a nutshell, these are miniature worlds in cardboard boxes. We will cut, paste and paint to create a visual story and a play object to take home. The diorama can be populated with dolls or as teddies, but it can also be a decoration in its own right. In our workshops, carers accompany the children throughout the workshop and work with them.
