We invite adults and teenagers to a weaving workshop with the Tartaruga studio. During the three hours of our course we will work on a simple weaving frame and learn how to make stripes, bevels and "clouds" of fluffy wool. We will discuss the influence of warp and weft tension on the appearance of the fabric, try our hand at various techniques and weaves, make sure that the edge of the fabric is even and learn the most aesthetic way of finishing decorative fabrics. Everyone will come out of the workshop with a new passion and a hand-made decorative fabric ready to be hung on a wall! The number of attendees is limited so you need to register for the workshop in advance.
