The work was created in 2009 as a diploma project in the Prof. Marek Wasilewski’s Video Studio at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań (currently known as the UAP). The video is a series of short films depicting the everyday adventures of the young artist who, inspired by pop culture that has influenced her since childhood, constructs her own, unique world. As she provokes a series of surreal events and alters reality, ADU encounters a disastrous turn of events: her head gets wedged in a hole and the entire simulation suddenly becomes reality. The defence of this diploma took place in the legendary Poznań snack bar, Bistro Roti.
